November is when Arizona finally gets to see cooler weather, and residents in the area take full advantage of it. There are a bunch of outdoor events and festivals throughout the month. Hungry? Fall BBQ Cook Off & Sales Event in Phoenix AZ

For all you grill enthusiasts and foodie adventurers, mark November 4th on your calendars in BBQ sauce—Barbeques Galore in Phoenix is hosting an event that's more loaded than a baked potato. From 11 AM to 3 PM, enjoy a BBQ Cook-Off. Live tunes, raffles you want to win, and Pitmaster celebs giving demos. Omaha Steaks will be there, so you know it's legit. All things art and wine intersect at the free Litchfield Park Festival of Arts in Litchfield Park. Visit over 200 arts and crafts vendors, browse through original paintings, photography, and hand-blown glass, and enjoy plenty of drinks at the beer and wine garden (beer & wine tickets are sold separately, which start at $15). And when those hunger pangs strike, be sure to visit one of many indoor and outdoor eateries, ranging from BBQ and wood-fired pizzas to street tacos and homemade ice cream. Parking and admission are free.

Watch Kiwanis Lake light up with beautiful floating lanterns as you make wishes and memories with those around you at the Tempe Water Lantern Festival. Adult tickets include wristbands for entry and access to food trucks, individual floating lantern kit, LED candle, commemorative drawstring bag, marker, and lantern retrieval and water clean up. Several ticket options are available ranging from general adult tickets, deluxe tickets, date night special, and youth tickets.

Dirty Dogg Golf Tournament

Put your golf skills to the test at the 2023 Dirty Dogg Saloon Annual Golf Tournament. This exciting tournament benefits some of Arizona's Animal Rescues and Veterans Nonprofits. There will be great contests, prizes, libations, golf, food, and lots more. In addition to 18 holes with a cart, players will receive a “Doggie Bag” full of fun items, including drink tickets and raffle tickets. Appetizers and awards will be available after the tournament, as well as prizes for the best-dressed team and a raffle & silent auction. Tournament fees for solo players are $150 and $580 for foursomes.

Get ready to drool over some of the best tacos in Arizona and wash them down with even better margs at the annual Mesa Taco and Margarita Festival. Taco vendors from all over the city will come together at Sloan Park to bring an unforgettable experience. General admission to the fest is $10, and food and drinks are sold separately.

Arizona International Auto Show is back with a collection of 300+ vintage and modern cars. From hot models like Bentley and Ferrari to Lamborghini and Maserati, let the car enthusiast in you get ready for a treat. An added attraction on display is a selection of custom lowriders from local car clubs, whose owners will be present to answer any questions you may have for them. Try your hand at a few test drive opportunities offered by some of the brands. Tickets range from $7 to $11 and are free for children under 12.
