The Kirkland Shamrock Run

Celebrate upcoming St. Patrick's Day by racing to raise money for local non-profits at the Kirkland Shamrock Run.  The 5K course goes through downtown Kirkland and ends at the Wilde Rover so that participants can celebrate their achievement by raising a pint together.  Dogs are invited, so bring your best friend with you.  Registration costs $35 and can be done here.

Irish Festival Seattle

Embrace Irish culture at Seattle's Irish Festival, where you can try different traditional dishes, see Irish dancing, hear cultural music, and attend lectures about Ireland's rich history. Some booths will be set up to help trace genealogy so you can even learn if you have any Irish blood running through you. The St. Patrick's Day Dash

The St. Patrick\'s Day Dash

Put your sneakers on and run the 5k St. Patrick's Day Dash. When you've crossed the finish line, celebrate at the Guinness-sponsored after-party at Fisher Pavilion. The event features live music, drinks, food, and Irish dancers to ensure good times are had by all. Registration starts at $38 and can be done here.

Test your luck at Lucky's St. Patrick's Day Crawl. Spend a few hours visiting different bars for drinks, food specials, music, and live entertainment, then dance the night away at the after-party. Wear your best Irish-themed costume to enter the costume contest and don't forget to put some tickets into the raffle to win the grand prize. Tickets start at $10 and can be purchased online.

Similar to a circus, each artist performs for about 3-15 minutes, accompanied by a live band. Acts include tap dancers, acrobats, magicians, and more.
