Las Vegas in July is a vibrant and thrilling destination, offering visitors various entertainment options amidst the hot temperatures. Whether it's taking a dip in one of the many luxurious hotel pools, hiking through the picturesque desert landscape, or catching a world-class performance on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, there's never a dull moment in Sin City. July is also a prime month for conventions and trade shows, like Contractor Expo and Cosmoprof, making it a bustling hub of business and leisure travelers.

UFC International Fight Week

Las Vegas is a hot spot for UFC events, but July is special with an annual tradition: International Fight Week. Sin City will host seven straight days of Mixed Martial Arts excitement, climaxing with UFC 290 at the T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, July 8, featuring a heavyweight title defense by Jon Jones. Fans can also attend autogtraph sessions, parties, Hall of Fame induction ceremonies and UFC X (a two-day expo at the Convention Center). 

Kevin Hart's Hartbeat Weekend

Kevin Hart wraps up his Reality Check Tour with Hartbeat Weekend, a four-day celebration of comedy, music and gaming. See Hart perform live at the Resorts World Theatre July 7-8 (tickets on sale now) and party hard with a series of events at Ayu Dayclub and Zouk Nightclub (featuring J. Cole, Jack Harlow, Ludacris, Kaskade and RL Grime). Fifty top card sharks will compete in the Hartbeat Poker Invitational at Allē Lounge on 66, kicking off July 8. 

Melissa Etheridge

An iconic figure in the women's rock movement brings her latest tour to Las Vegas. Melissa Etheridge comes to The Pearl concert theater inside the Palms July 7. The Grammy award-winner will take the stage, guitar in hand, to perform hits like "Come To My Window" and "Bring Me Some Water." Etheridge first hit the charts in 1988 and is celebrating more than 35 years of success and activism, which often provides themes for her lyrics. Tickets are on sale now. Show begins at 8 p.m.

NBA Summer League

Up-and-coming basketball pros take to the court for the return of the NBA Summer League. The warm-up series is an annual tradition in Las Vegas with multiple games taking place throughout the day on campus at UNLV. See your favorite teams square off before the official season begins at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavillion July 7-17. The Summer League also offers affiliated pool parties, meet-and-greets and other experiences. Limited passes are available online

Fully Loaded Comedy Festival

It's not every day you get to see a comedy show inside an arena in Las Vegas. Shirtless rising star Bert Kreischer headlines the Fully Loaded Comedy Festival at the T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday, July 12. The lineup is truly "loaded" with Stavros Halkias, Andrew Santino, Lewis Black, Big Jay Oakerson and Ralph Barbosa making apperances. The laughs begin at 7 p.m. Buy tickets today.   

Dana Carvey

Dana Carvey makes a rare Las Vegas appearance with two shows at the Mirage. The comedian and master of impressions brings the laughs to Las Vegas July 14-15. Performances are at 10 p.m. Expect Carvey to be true to form with observations on everyday politics and pop culture, while channeling characters like Garth and the Church Lady. Tickets remain available for both shows. 

Maroon 5

After a successful run in March and April, Maroon 5 resumes its M5LV residency at Dolby Live inside the Park MGM. The band performs July 28-29 with additional dates in August. The Grammy Award-winning act, led by frontman Adam Levine, customized the stage and sound system for the 5,200 venue with special effects to complement pop radio hits like "Sugar," "Girls Like You," "Memories" and "Moves Like Jagger." All shows begin at 8 p.m. with tickets on sale now. 

Kelly Clarkson: Chemistry

Kelly Clarkson launches her first-ever Las Vegas residency with "Chemistry" at Bakkt Theater inside Planet Hollywood. The intimate concert series is named after the inaugural American Idol winner's latest album, her first release of all-new original material in six years. The shows run from late July to mid-August with a mix of new songs and classic hits like "Since You've Been Gone," "Stronger" and "Because of You."
