Join in the 8th annual Northern California Rum Festival. The event features more than 20 Rum brands serving delicious rums to about 700 to 800 participants. With lots of educational events and tastings, the NoCal Rum Festival is divided into several sessions starting from 2 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

This one-day festival on San Francisco's Treasure Island is a day in paradise for electronic music lovers. With its eclectic mix of EDM, the Day Night Festival is unlike most other concerts. Featuring Duke Dumont, a sunset set by Gordo and many other artists, this festival will have you dancing in the sun and into the moonlight. Tickets start at $50, with special discounts for early arrival and group bookings. There are also some great VIP bundles for those wanting to experience the concert slightly differently. This event is for attendees 21 and over.

The semi-annual event will bring together the finest group of distillers from all over the world to share their knowledge and provide samples of all types of whiskey. Over 100 whiskies, including Bourbon, Irish, Scotch, Japanese and more, will be featured so you can try and compare the different flavors and notes. There will also be an opportunity to meet with distillers, participate in a Whiskey Masterclass and sign up for the Cigar and Whisky pairing. Monterey Jazz Festival

Listen to the smooth, dulcet tones of the best jazz musicians at the Monterey Jazz Festival.  Nine stages will feature five hundred musicians, and in between performances, attendees are free to sit in on seminars, lectures, and workshops.  Local restaurants and food trucks will be supplying an array of culinary options, and booths will be displaying handcrafted goods from local artisans.  

The Chinatown Merchants Association presents the 2023 San Francisco Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival. Offering two days of food, lion dancers, dragon parades and plenty more, this free event provides a chance for individuals to learn more about the heritage of Chinatown - all while having fun in the process.

Don't miss the best Bluegrass music festival in the Bay area.  Hardly Strictly Bluegrass has remained completely free and unsponsored since its conception in 2001 and has featured such names as Emmylou Harris, Hazel Dickens, and Ricky Skaggs, to name a few.  In between sets, grab delicious food from local vendors and meet other bluegrass lovers.
