Phoenix June 2024 Events

June is one of the Phoenix's Hottest but Least-Crowded Months

Average temperature low and high: 66° - 103°
June is the sunniest and driest month of the year in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area, with temperatures continuing to climb daily throughout the month. The daily maximum temperature spikes to between 102 and 106 degrees. To beat the heat, the city's buzz and business tend to slow down a bit, and most enjoyable activities occur indoors, in water, or the evenings.

Drunk Shakespeare

"Drunk Shakespeare," playing at the intimate Rose Theatre in Phoenix throughout May and June, is a riotous blend of classic Shakespeare and spontaneous humor. The actors, known for imbibing generously before performances, deliver lines with an unpredictable twist, making each show a unique spectacle. It's "A live-action drunk history," according to Time Out. You are submerged in the action at the Rose Theatre, and the bar is never far away. This fusion of Bardic tradition and tipsy improvisation offers a refreshing, up-close view of Shakespeare. Get tickets
